My daughter has been drawing pictures to share with family and friends to encourage them, and she was excited to think about how she could be generous with her time in this way.

I have also noticed my kids begin to consider their words more carefully. At first, they noticed a lack of generosity in their sibling. (“Mom! He’s not being generous!”) Over time, however, I have noticed the number of fights over mean words begin to decrease. As my kids continue to practice doing the right thing in the curriculum, they are building real-life experiences with generosity and kindness too.
